Do you have a free return label from Zappos, LL Bean or another retailer? We are more than happy to assist you with this. we will always offer you a receipt for UPS returns which will give you a record of where and when you dropped off your package as well the tracking number. There is no charge for dropping off your prepaid package.
if you printed your receipt bring it in as we have label pouches specially designed for your labels. You can also print your label here for a slight charge.

At The UPS Store Chester we offer a 6:30pm pickup weekdays for Air and Ground Shipments and a 3pm pickup on Saturday for Air only. We also give you a receipt for your shipment which indicates where and when you dropped it off. In addition we are much friendlier than a drop-box.
So if you missed your pickup or you are closing early we offer a great option. In addition ask us about all the other great services we have that can help you in your business.
